In addition, Clara is tear-free and thanks to its delicate taste, it is kiss-proof.

Clara’s supply chain is monitored from planting to harvesting, which is strictly carried out by hand, up to the production of all its processed products. Its very low pungency and its very low content of pyruvic acid make it a healthy and highly digestible food. Clara preserves all the wonderful antibacterial, diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties of the onion, enhancing it and making it accessible to everyone with its gentle and delicate taste.
